We offer a variety of services for any size of buildings and parking structures. Our most popular and in demand service is window cleaning.

Basic Window Maintenance

Clean all exterior glass on a regular basis, such as monthly, quarterly or bi-yearly. This includes high-rise, ground work, ladder and pole work as necessary. The actual window cleaning is simple wherein we scrub the window with a mop, then take a squeegee and remove all excess water and dirt.
                    

Construction Clean-Up

When a structure is just completed, there will be excess concrete, drywall, paint and other building materials on the windows. During construction clean up we remove all these materials with the use of special tools leaving a clean, scratch- free window.

Stain Removal

Glass is stained when water, dirt and other debris is left on the window for a long period of time. A stain cannot be removed with normal window cleaning. We use a grinder with a special attachment and a special chemical agent to remove the stain. It is time consuming but eventually all stains are removed from the window.

Building Rejuvenation

This process is similar to stain removal except the stain covers the entire window, frame and other parts of the building such as metal panels, tiles etc. This process consumes a lot of time.
